Context makes a world of difference

Have you explored the expanded market data offered through the Market Snapshot tool in MarketViewer? While the MarketViewer Dashboard offers a great quick glance at market stats for a given month, quarter or year, the Market Snapshot reports offer far greater context by supplying not only the metrics for the given month compared to the same month in the prior year, it also provides year to date analytics. That offers a unique and powerful view as to how the market is performing over the course of the year.

For example, closed sales in the month of February were up 14.1% statewide over February 2021. Year to date, however, statewide closed sales were 9.0% over 2021 through the end of February. That’s quite a different perspective. As we get later in the year, it creates a different and important narrative for conversations with media and consumers.
