The Virtual Regional Caucus before the Texas REALTORS® Winter Meeting is scheduled for Monday, February 2, at 2:00 - 3:00 pm.
As a Regional Vice President, you play a vital role in making the event a success. It is an important opportunity for members in your region to stay informed, connect with each other, and provide feedback on key issues. Your leadership in the regional breakout sessions will ensure members are engaged, informed, and ready for the upcoming Winter Meeting.
What You Need to Know
The Virtual Regional Caucus is a 60-minute Zoom event that includes two key segments:
Leadership Updates
Texas REALTORS® Leadership will kick off the event with a presentation on key updates and a preview of what to expect at the Winter Meeting.
Regional Breakouts
After the presentation, attendees will move into regional breakout rooms led by you, their RVP. Regions with multiple RVPs should designate a facilitator.
These breakout sessions are a chance for members to:
Discuss Texas REALTORS® issues.
Provide feedback directly to you.
Network with others in their region.
Your role as the facilitator of these sessions is critical to ensuring meaningful discussions and gathering valuable input.
Action Items for RVPs

Register Now
