Some internal realigning

The Professional Development, Global, Commercial, & Diversity, as well as half of the Board Services departments at Texas REALTORS® have merged to create a new department called Association & Member Development. The merger is intended to provide more streamlined and comprehensive services of education, tools, and resources to local association staff as they strive to serve our collective membership. Here is a list of what the department covers:

• Serves thousands of Texas REALTORS® with professional education

• Oversee GRI, TACS, TAHS, TRPM, and TRRS credentials

• Governs the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program

• Supports initiatives from the following committees: Association Executives Council, Commercial, Diversity, Global, Housing Initiatives, Leadership Development, Professional Development, and Texas YPN

• Service 11 local boards directly

• Communicate NAR Core Standards requirements

• Support Code of Ethics compliance

• Coordinate local association staff trainings and professional development
