Board of Directors vote on bylaws

For members of the 2022 Executive Board or Board of Directors only:

Yesterday, the Board of Directors received an email from Maria Carvalho with information on the proposed bylaws change that was approved by the Executive Board in August and explained at the recent Board of Directors meeting in September. In the message, she mentioned that each board member would receive a message via SurveyMonkey through which you'd be able to vote. That message went out this morning at 9:00 and would have come from an email address of executive@texasrealtors.com.

Please take a second to vote on the proposal. It's important that we get a quorum of the board to participate. At the time of this writing, we are about half way there. There is not a direct link to participate that we can supply here, since the vote is tied directly to the member for vote security purposes. So, you have to find that email. Please reach out to Maria Carvalho or Mike Barnett if you did not receive the message. A follow-up reminder will be sent each day for those that don't participate.
