Information on NAR's dues increase proposal

The National Association of REALTORS® recently announced that its 2024 budget proposal, which will be voted on at the May Board of Directors meeting, includes a provision to index annual dues increases to the rate of inflation, capped at no more than 4% each year, beginning with 2024 dues. The 4% 2024 increase would bring NAR dues to $156 plus the $45 Consumer Ad Campaign Special Assessment for a total of $201, as proposed.
