MarketViewer launches commercial dashboard as a new member benefit

Texas REALTORS® recently launched Commercial MarketViewer Dashboard (www.texasrealestate.com/marketviewer), the latest enhancement to the popular MarketViewer member benefit. The concept of the project was not only to continue to add value to MarketViewer for all members, but to also enhance access and usability of the data resources made available with Texas REALTORS® long-standing partnership with REIS/Moody’s Analytics to provide high-quality commercial market data to members. Since 2016, Texas REALTORS® has provided commercial market data to members. The Commercial MarketViewer Dashboard replaces the historic delivery of market reports via PDF download. As the residential MarketViewer products have grown in popularity and usage over the years, the development of the dashboard delivers the data in an easy-to-consume, visual presentation that promotes quick access to key analytics and trending information.
