Texas REALTORS® has launched the Legal Briefs video series, where staff attorneys answer common questions they hear from REALTORS® like you. The association has produced four videos with more on the way each month. Watch short explanations of the following:

• Backup contracts: Delivering the earnest money and option fee

• Failure to deliver earnest money

• Closing dates and contract expiration
