New program to develop future leadership

At Conference, you heard about a new initiative to help members learn how they can impact the association and develop their leadership skills in meaningful ways. This program will be important to promote locally.

The Texas REALTORS® Roadmap to Leadership provides education and mentorship that will help you develop the necessary skills to make a difference in your association and your industry.

Components of the program include:

• Guide to Association Involvement education series

• Texas REALTORS® Mentor Program

• Texas REALTORS® Leadership Program

• Texas REALTORS® Committees

Visit the Leadership Development page at texasrealestate.com to get started by completing the three-part Guide to Association Involvement. Once you’ve completed that series, you’re eligible to apply for the Texas REALTORS® Mentor Program—the application deadline is November 1.
