Here are some important updates that may be helpful to you as you engage with members in your region. Much of this information was recently shared with local association communications staff and AEs, and we want to ensure you’re aware as well. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions, comments, or feedback.
Consumer-Facing Advocacy Messaging
From March 17-31, we will be running a brief media campaign to highlight how REALTORS® in Texas support private property rights and a healthy real estate economy.
Streaming audio and digital display ads will run across the state, with additional traditional radio ads airing in Austin to coincide with REALTOR® Day at the Texas Capitol on March 26.
Digital ads will direct consumers to: texasrealestate.com/advocacy
Local associations are encouraged to use these ads, which can be found here: texasrealestate.com/consumercampaigns
Leader Link: Promoting REALTOR® Value
As announced at Winter Meeting, Leader Link is a new initiative focused on promoting the value of REALTOR® membership and dovetails with last year’s Business is Better campaign.
Regular communications will be shared with engaged stakeholders via email.
Resources such as videos, slide decks, and talking points will be available at: texasrealestate.com/leaderlink
Consumer Campaign Update
A broader consumer campaign is in development to further promote REALTORS®.
Creative campaign elements are expected to be available soon.
Ads from this campaign will also be available for local associations to share.
Again, these resources will be housed at: texasrealestate.com/consumercampaigns
As leaders in your regions, you play a key role in keeping members informed about these initiatives. If you have any questions or ideas on how we can amplify these efforts, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
