Texas REALTORS® named a Top Workplace in Austin for the fourth year in a row

Texas REALTORS® was recently named a Top Workplace for 2022 by the Austin American-Statesman. The award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through an anonymous survey administered by a third-party. The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization: including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

This is the fourth consecutive year for the association to receive this honor...it's also only the fourth time the association has participated in the program to be considered. So it says a lot about the team serving our 154,000+ members.

The honor was published in the Austin American-Statesman in early November.

The results of the employee survey align with and highlight the association’s internal core values of Service, Collaboration, Ownership, Integrity & Respect. Here are some key takeaways that contributed to the award:
