Texas REALTORS® Working With TREC

On April 5, Texas REALTORS® presented a formal request to TREC addressing necessary changes to contracts based on the National Association of REALTORS® settlement of antitrust lawsuits regarding broker compensation. Legal staff from Texas REALTORS® attended TREC’s April 12 Broker Lawyer meeting, where these changes were discussed.
