Your help is needed

Happy Friday, RVP's! February is almost here and that means we are getting dangerously close to Winter Meeting and even closer to our first-ever Virtual Regional Caucuses. Your help is requested in working with your local association AE's and promoting the event to members in your region. (See this Bulletin post.)

Two messages have been sent to AE's, RVP's and Texas REALTORS® Directors with information regarding the meeting, along with a link to register for the caucuses. Here are the current registration numbers by region:

On another note, early next week, you will receive talking points and the slide deck for the caucus meetings. Mike Barnett will be in charge of the slide deck, so you do not need to worry about that. Please familiarize yourself with the talking points and for regions with multiple RVP's decide who is going to cover which sections of the agenda.

What to expect at the Regional Caucus Forum at Winter Meeting.

As you know, at Winter Meeting there will be a Regional Caucus Forum on Sunday. The purpose of this forum is for regions to provide feedback and highlights from the virtual caucuses.

RVP's will have the opportunity to present the highlights from your meetings and the Texas REALTORS® Leadership Team will speak on updates and takeaways from the meetings as well.

Please plan to arrive in the Regional Caucus Forum room a little early. In the room, there will be table-top signs indicating region numbers so that members can sit together as regions at the meeting. Yes, the meeting is open to all members attending Winter Meeting. Please get there early and identify your region's location and secure enough seating to accommodate your group. We'll discuss this more at the RVP meeting during Winter Meeting.
